Can't find time to upgrade my specs and honestly just trying to run a decent realistic graphic mod with stable FPS performance

Throughout this year I tried to run these graphics on my GTX 1060:
NVR (Natural Vision Remastered) - Good visuals, performance a bit shitty. dont know how it became and still used by many of the GTA community.
VisualV - meh. some improvements but still generic
QuantV 2.1.4 - Free and better with Reshade presets
Redux - What a headache.
Cinerealism - My #1 choice I think so far.. only the March 2021 version though, the latest Cinerealism is pure garbage.

If you got any suggestions , help a player out thanks

Anyone else found the handling in Mafia 1: DE Realistic as hell? I'm looking for a similar handling mod, so far there's the IV handling but I couldn't find anything similar so far with heavy car movement

I'm trying to make a simple gesture animation (ex. wave hand) by pressing a custom key, but I could'nt seem to find a proper thread anywhere .. any help guys?

So I've been playing with some of the mods from the site to enhance the gore ig but I keep getting this annoying ass bright red blood pool alongside the dark one ... you see where i'm heading with it, maybe someone knows how to balance the contrast or delete this shit?

Anyone has the recent GTA5.exe? I have downgraded the exe before the latest Scripthook release and forgot to backup.

I'd be more than glad to know if anyone has download link for the recent GTA5.exe or a way to recover, thanks

@TheMurderousCricket thanks for the well-put reply, I'm using Menyoo \ map editor because it's easy and doesn't require too much effort putting it all together, in my first placement I noticed a massive fps drop after I reached the limit on the peds & vehicles so you're probably right. If you know a better tool do tell, thank you alot

I'm currently working on a DLC map and i'm using Menyoo's Object Spooner to spawn props, peds etc'
Thing is, for some reason, there are limitations on how many entities I can spawn so it forced me to make separate placements for each part of the map. I want to convert all the entities into one map, how can do that?

I recently installed Liberty City map on my game and its all good and everything but there are almost no peds as its located in the middle on the ocean, how do I populate the island?
