kind of off subject, but i see you mentioned setting the process priority every time you play and thought i would mention this great little tool that remembers the priority levels you set for certain applications. I have GTA5.exe set to high and the launcher set to low...never have to worry about it again

Map Editor/Menyoo prop limitations?
Hey guys,
I am having stability issues when I attempt to load more than one map in Map Editor or Menyoo. The mod consists primarily of lights which I am placing all over the city and surrounding areas, but I cannot run the two main maps for more than a couple minutes before the game crashes. I have a fresh install of the game, with no other mods, and all essential files installed (latest Scripthook/NativeUI/map editor/simple trainer). The first map has 700 props and the second has about 550. Either of them run fine individually, until I try to load both in the same instance. Would the prop limit be different in the case of having them spread across the map, rather than all in the same location?
EDIT: I just read another post stating how awful map editor is. I guess I'm going to start researching into this ymaps thing... if there was a way to do this and have the map load quickly, it would be worth starting from scratch..

@nathanjamesddg151 Do you mean you like it more, or do you mean that it is better quality? If so, how can you tell?

@TheAdmiester thank you for that response. It will be my first vehicle project so I am a bit more intimidated hearing you say it is harder, but that is what I suspected. I am quite patient and a perfectionist, so If i pick away at it over the school year and it takes months I'm okay with that lol. It will be a good learning experience and I know there are lots of helpful people to answer questions here and on the zm3 forum
By the way here are the two models I was looking at. Does it need to be animated or rigged for the doors/boot to work properly in game? Most cars on turbosquid doesn't seem to have either of those.

RE: Converting New Cars - Video Tutorials for Creating New Car Mods
@AuthorSaulAlan Hey, just had a couple questions if you don't mind.
Is converting 3d models from sites like Turbosquid more difficult than converting from another GTA title? Also, what is the range of polygons in terms of quality in your opinion? For example, I am looking at one with 500,000 polygons which I assume is very good quality, but there is another one I want which is only 67,000. Would that turn out okay, or is 67,000 pretty bad?
