so, yes. I have followed each step, the thing is, I used Bilago's Mod manager watching his RDE 3.0 tutorial too. I don't see any changes in game except everything from the "scripts" folder working. No new cars, new units, just vanilla. please halp
I have openiv.asi, scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet
EDIT: (beware I have no x64 folder so should I add that in my gtav mod manager mods folder?)
