This happens even in clean GTA V game and also in GTA IV
I come close to the lights in night ( like lamp) and it's shut down close before me, than light apears when I cross the particular place what is this ?

When I use a modified file for traffic it's spawning all kind of cars like I set to, but in while it's just start spawning only like few models like brioso etc, I have set varietty to 5.000 and it's work fine at start yet than for reason it's not does anybody know why and how to change it to still spawning all kind of vehicles ?
