@Sulrix Thank you, turns out it was one of the mods in the "Scripts" Folder. Thank you very much for helping my friend.

I have installed some script mods on Grand Theft Auto 5, I have installed Script hook V and the other files correctly. I have also re installed my game (about 5 times) it is just getting frustrating now, it launches the game fine. But when It reaches to the "Loading Story Mode" after a few minutes it say's "Grand Theft Auto 5 Has Stopped Working" It has worked fine with mods previously, I haven't installed any car mods at all.
