I know there is a healthbar mod but I want it to display in a circle around the ped and show their health (and armor if they have it) I loved it in IV and hope someone can recreate it in V. It shouldn't be hard because some mods have their own hud and everything.

Converting replace to add on peds with props and armor?
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/people-s-liberation-army-of-china I want use this mod but when I replace nothing happens and the peds it was supposed to replace just stay the same and bug out when I get close to them. There is a complicated install process and it replaces props of the ped as well. I want it to not replace anything and be an add on, is this possible? I know how to convert replace to add on normally but with props and other files I have no idea how to do that.

Suggestion for a smarter wanted level and to fix one of my bugs
When your wanted level is 3, there can be a min and max time (defined in ini) to automatically go to the 4th wanted level, and the same to the 5th wanted level. Please let the script be compatible with SHVDN 2.10.9 if possible, this is just for testing with fixing an issue, and I'm hoping a script can assist with fixing this. If you want, you could make it all the way with 1 but I just want it to start at 3 because my wanted level freezes and can only be upped with a trainer or script. Thanks for the assistance!

LSPDFR Plugins loadable without LSPDFR?
I heard some LSPDFR plugins could make ambulance stretchers and all that good stuff. I recently cleared out my mods so I have to reinstall LSPDFR, but I am too lazy to atm. Is it possible to get plugins without LSPDFR installed? I can install RPH if that is all that is needed to make plugins work.

Scramble for weapons mod
There was a really fun mechanic in Saints row 2 where in big fights if one side had guns and were suddenly disarmed, the unarmed enemies would run quickly to take the weapon when they had the chance their enemies dropped and now, boom, they have the weapons, this could be great and immersive for gun fights when one guy suddenly drops the gun and dies, someone on the enemy team could try and get it and then kill more enemies, and their team then gets fully armed and now has the edge over the battle, it's quite a simple feature, and I hope someone could make it since enemies don't really care about weapons after they've dropped it and I could see it being fun when put together with a disarm mod, this should also work with melees if possible.

Better no writhe mod
The no writhe mod currently by Cloud_Power makes gameplay much more fun when enemies don't collapse and die suddenly, however, it removes a layer of animations unrelated to writhe. For example, it removes the wounded animations (peds grab their wounds, take longer to shoot, and take longer to get up and move overall) that was a great animation and it should be brought back if possible. Another one is a variant of the writhe animation, this does not kill the ped, but makes them struggle in pain and is a more detailed version of the writhe, and the peds always get up in the end but move slower like the wounded animation. These are not unused animations and are present in the vanilla game, but this mod removes them from happening for some reason. With the mod, the only animations is the last stand animation, which peds sometimes do (sit down and shoot on the ground). So, is it possible to add it back?

RE: Add on weapons issue
To add to the above, I have tried saving the add ons into a menyoo loadout which I can then apply again. Applied it but no add on weapons were shown. Anyone know why and if the 2 issues are related? Are the add ons not registered as weapons? Anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it possibly? Edit: Can anyone confirm this with ANY add on weapons mod or is this just the current one I am using Do all weapons mods have this issue?
Edit: The weapons mod dlc.rpf seems to have a weapons.meta in it, but has no edits to the update.rpf main weapons.meta, could this be related to the issue and can anyone confirm this with any other add on mod? Is it possible to merge the 2 files and then they will function properly, or will I only need to copy certain lines of it?

Add on weapons issue
I am using an add on weapon pack but when equipping weapons that are part of say... the pistol slot, it seems you can only hold 18 pistols in the slot, and I have 18 (all of the pistols available, mk2s and whatnot), so when I equip the add ons, it removes the last few pistols equipped in the list and then adds the add ons in, so is there a way I can edit the limit of pistols I can use? Other weapon slots may have this issue too but I do not know or tested those yet. This may be just me looking over it and it is not actually an issue, but if it is true, why would rockstar add limitations to how many weapons for a slot that you can use? What is the point of that?

Bro, you sound really pissed. Chill lmao. First of all, if you can't make stealth, then what was shown in the video? A list of what you used? Because it looked like some good stealth, and how where the enemies placed? Was it using map editor? Also, it sounds possible as there is already a mod that makes stealth called "The Stealth" just some edits or refinements to the file would be good enough. Restricted areas should be possible using map editor. So, will THAT be possible?
