@Haenol No. All you need to do is go to Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA V, delete or move settings.xml somewhere else, then start the game and it will generate a new settings.xml

@Haenol As @a63nt-5m1th said, remove it or place it elsewhere. Then boot up the game and the game will create a new one.

@Haenol Well I don't know then, that's where it should be. Search for settings.xml in File Explorer, hopefully that will find it.

@XTheo If you want just DLC vehicles in traffic, you'll have to modify the popgroups.ymt in update.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5

@Sirocc Could be a conflicting modkit id. What other mods do you have aside from the Osiris R and VWE?
