@taw981 Explain what you did before it ctd, please. Mods or wrong configurations are always the cause of game crashes. Always make a backup and install one mod by another and remember what exactly you did before it crashed and reverse it. Reinstall the original files and see if it works.

@nrv74700 You must add the carcols values from your addon vehicle to the carcols.ymt file in mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data or the tuning parts won´t work. And it can be even more complicated if you have to find a working ID. That seems to be a individual issue. You have to try it. Good Luck.

I paid 60 Bucks for this great open world game. And i can assure you it is worth the double now, with all the mods installed. It´s the only game i play most of the time. I had so much fun i would even pay another 60 Bucks to play it.^^ And the modding process is not over yet. I´m on Update 1032. Do we really need all the coming updates? Just using the latest scripthook and OpenIV. Imagine all the pros! No little dumb kids in the scripthook comments crying for an update anymore.lol
At least for me it´s not that bad. I´m sure that new modders can mod the game in the future. There is nothing T2 can do about it. The only negative impact i can see is the future of modding the next GTA Game.
Guys i have a question. Would it be possible for R* to implement some codes in this new update to make it impossible or really hard for Alex to release a new update of scripthook?
Well, there is a way. But you have to login at least one time and after that you can start singleplayer without internet connection.
I use this method for about one year and it works perfectly even if it`s a bit of a hassle. No need of any bypass script mod or something else.
The first time you have to login with internet connection. Start the game and close it.
Go to the Documents Folder. There is the "cfg" File. Important about this file is the Date.
The next time R* forces you to activate the i-net connection all you have to do is to change the Windows Date to the date you see in the cfg file. Now you are able to start the game offline. The moment you see the game loading(changing Screens), go back to change the Windows time again.
This method makes you independent from R* Internet Connection Force and any Updates forever. Changing the Date is done in a couple of seconds and it works.;)
@FoxtrotDelta No, that´s not what i meant. It´s just 100% speculating that i´am 100% sure. It´s my intuition. You don´t need always a proof of something in life to know it´s the truth, maybe i´m wrong. You know what i mean? It´s intuition. Something is going on. To force OpenIV to stop working on it further is a huge step in blocking people to mod the game in the future. I think T2 analyse the modding business from a financial perspective. Maybe offering some tools in the future so people have to pay for it to mod the game. Something like that.
@Gosuphobia Have had the same problem. I really don´t understand why they can not provide older versions of hook. They are probably affiliated to R* inoffically, to force people to update the game to the next version or R* is inoffically behind this Tool. Just speculating, of course.;)
