Only real kicker is the lights do not reflect off the environment around them

The reason I'm asking is I know it can be done as I've done it for all of my vanilla vehicles, like the vanilla gta ambulance,
its flashing lights lights now reflect off walls and the ground immediately around it just like an els vehicle would, Trouble is I dont remember how I did this and cannot find anything online

I believe something needs to be edited in the files that come with the pack, like its carvariations or carcols maybe?

If anyone knows, that would be great, as this lsfd pack is my favorite in existence outside of els.

For some reason, when I use the assault rifles and most pistols in GTA5 offline it shakes the camera excessively, I recall some recoil but never to the extent in which it's happening in my game.

It forces the aim and camera upward heavily each time I fire making it almost impossible to hit a target in free aim.

Fired up my laptop to check if it's supposed to be that jolty and found it isn't, there's recoil but again not to the extent I'm experiencing.

Not sure if a mod I used in the past may have modified this? Anyone know what file this could be or how to fix this?

I wouldn't say it's game breaking but it is certainly irritating

If I knew what file modifies the camera shake or recoil on the gun I could replace those files with the vanilla copies, as I use a mod folder for all mods

Almost none of the latest uploads to this site are "lore friendly" So I can see why it might have caught you off-guard however there is written text within the website that outlines the rules. I get your viewpoint I do, I've also had content declined and seen others caught off-guard too, None of them took to calling the moderator a clown though, This post seems personally aimed at biggdogg who was merely enforcing the same rules on you as he has for everyone else as per the websites guidelines, So essentially he's being insulted for doing his job.

The new rules have a reasonable explanation behind them I just think these reasons have failed to be communicated efficiently so I get why you're annoyed even if I disagree with the way in which you've gone about expressing this, However they have been communicated, This wasn't a decision made for fun or without informing the community.

Your livery was going to be rejected, It does violate the new terms, I've posted content and like you it was declined, Funnily enough by the same moderator. Your livery is real life, not lore, Ergo they wont accept it here. LSPDFR will though so try there.

In regards to the vehicle itself I do sympathize with you on that one, livery aside, He said on "lore friendly vehicles", Now see thats where the conflict is, Since most of the new vehicles posted and accepted to gta5mods vehicle section are not lore friendly

But to explain this, I believe these rules apply to emergency service vehicles only, Ergo other content that might not be lore friendly is allowed (I'm either right about that, or you're right about bias, My experience tells me I'm right and these rules only apply to emergency vehicles in which case there's no bias, as nobody else has posted any non-lore emergency vehicles on this website for quite some time)

I dont believe bigdog has treated you unfairly or with discrimination.

Putting them on blast and calling them clowns is not the way forward, There are discussions to be had and dialogue between the community and the admins of these sites to be had but that dialogue cant start with insults.

Fun fact for you aswell, while the mods/admins were accepting real-life emergency vehicles it came with a dumpster fire of stress, from arguments on the website to constant claims and disputes over content ownership. I dont know if this affected the decision to change the rules but I would not be surprised. They don't run this website for free, They've had to buy the domain, Build the website and then pay for the mass of storage it uses to allow us to endlessly post to it, I speak from experience the bigger the website is, typically the more it'll cost to run, Unless they're hosting it from home which in itself is an expensive endeavor, so perhaps instead of being entitled we could show a little bit of respect and diplomacy, since they don't have to continue paying the bill, or renewing the domain to keep the site open for all of us as they have been, they're choosing to do that for the community.

could packfile limited or head adjuster be causing this?

Ive even replaced the gameconfig with vanilla and it still wont start the frankling and lamar mission

Its the mission at the beginning where you get into a van and first meet chop, I go to the yellow circle and it just refuses to start the mission, The blips vanish from the map like its about to start but nothing happens and the game remains in a bug like state

Would really suck to not be able to use modded vehicles in story mode, I only have police slots replaced from ls police to la, No massive overhauls as such

I do also have the realLA addon dlc thing so that might be causing something maybe?

So I have it set so fib vehicles spawn in game driving around in normal traffic, The ped that spawns inside is an fib agent as setup in the vehicles meta (This is how its setup in base game too mind) If I crash into their car instead of chasing they run away scared and give me a wanted level, Is this typical behavior for fib agents to act?

If it is, is this easily fixable or is it something that'll be complex to sort

Also any idea on how to stop police officers spawning in civillian vehicles? (FIrst question is more important dont worry about this question if you dont know the answer)

Police keep spawning in the buffalo model, so that civillian car will be driving around with a cop in the drivers seat so if i bash one and make it chase me a ton of other buffalos with police in chase me, a mod has clearly messed things up so cops get around in a buffalo instead of police cars in the police slots

gotta be a way to fix this surely?

Thought I'd ask two questions in one saves space on the forums, Something has caused the vanilla gta5 freight train to go like 3x its regular speed, is there a way to slow this down? does anyone know what file it is that dictates its speed so I can restore its vanilla one

Not expecting much but thought I'd post anyone. Plenty of folks on this site with far more extensive knowledge on this than me,

I've been working on a mirror park mod for some time now, Retexturing even the smallest details making the area look more british and in line with the west midlands region of England, I've perfected everything I've worked on and brought decent changes to the majority of mirror park both sides of the lake, But there is 1 problem I haven't been able to fix which is preventing me from releasing my mod to the rest of the world and thats a lod issue (I think)

Everything works, All my retextures show both up close and from a distance, Asides 2 billboards, Just 2 particular ones on the high street that can be seen from the other side of mirror parks lake, Once across the lake, these billboards show the vanilla ads as oppose to the ones I've modded in, Whereas all the other billboards around it seem to be working and showing my textures...

I've checked as many files in the rpf as I possibly can, The billboards textures have deffo been replaced in the model file, YTDs and its lod just like everything else, But for some reason these two billboards just dont seem to wanna work from a distance.
