I am trying to get LSPDFR on my game and have had to install rage plugin hook. When I try to run this plugin, it crashes every time. Here is the crash report. https://pastebin.com/fsHqN5Xr

I had already tried changing the gameconfig file like some people suggested but that just crashed the game faster.

My game version is build 2189 online version 1.52
I also have the most up to date version of OpenIV and scripthookV

I have already tried running the game with just OpenIV and scripthookV and it boots. It has something to do with the addon vehicle. Any advice would be helpful. Also let me know if there is anything else you need me to add.
