well as FiveM works differently in that it uses MP Maps versions of ymap and ybn files (with hei_ )
it could very well be you are using those to setup SP?
Or simply are altering wrong ones...
By now, I have quite a few MLOs ingame where I needed to remove COLs myself.
So if you would feel comfortable to send me the files I'll be able to fix your SP version (most probably).
