@krashadam redux -> shitty made from stolen mods mods? i dont think its shitty, i like it very much

so when im loading e.g. the boss house for franklin, or others like this, my textures gets muddy and bugging till its... invisible. i dont know really why, i hope that the redux mod have nothing to do with it.
installed mods: redux mod an a large car replace mod.
my hardware, if it helps:
2x GTX 970
i7 5820K
16 GB RAM
GTA is installed on a SSD
