Headlights wont turn off in add-ons or vanilla.

So, i was preparing a scene for a cinematic and noticed my lights wouldn't turn off. I even went thru simple trainer to turn the engine off and it says they it is off at bottom of screen but it is still on. I have switched models and still same results. If i step out of the vehicle, the engine and lights go off.

I have menyoo, simple trainer, and scene director installed.

This just started happening today. I made a quick scene last night before bed and now this is happening.
I have removed the add on cars and same results.

Any ideas why my vehicle headlights refused to go off or I cant shut off engine?

Just replace one of the other liveries on that vehicle with this one. Depending on how his model was made, u might have to set the color of the car to racing yellow in a trainer once in the game.

@Pizzahut Yeah i guess it is hard to see in that pic. I usually get around 55 to 60 most of the time. i am also running 32Gb Ram in my pc cause I edit vids and photos. That might help some. But my cpu is only a i3 so it's lacking in that department.

So, I have noticed lately that my game has some jaggies in it and a weird silverfish/chrome overlay on some edges.

I have NaturalVision Remastered and Visual V installed as visual mods.

My video card is a 1050Ti (4GB)
