Prior to this the d3d11.dll file was causing the issue by looks of previous event logs.
I went into Command Prompt and made it so the launcher would verify check all the files.
Still crashing, only seemingly success is that the d3d11.dll doesn't seem to show up in the event log as being the issue anymore, alas no idea what the problem is now.
