I need help...serious help
My gta v wont work anymore! Ive even tried deleting the mods folder , no luck. I tried deleting the scripts folder , still no luck. Ive deleted enb , menyoo , scripthook still no luck. It crashes like 2 seconds in the intro. Please help

I want to brighten the blood pools/blood decals
Is it actually on the texture itself or there is some kind of .meta or .dat i should edit to make it brighten? Thanks in advance -

@Reacon a physical copy. At first i thought it was a legit gta turns out its a crack...i bought it some years ago like 2015 when cds where popular. Now theres no more cd/physical copy sellers out there.
Edit: I bought it for $5 i thought it was a dream getting V for that amount of money. -

@Reacon i can definitely buy the game , i have money for it. But the problem is my wifi speed , 63gb would take me approximately 8days to complete with my 500kbps slow ass wifi. And i cant do it "overnight" because electricity bills would be the second problem. Yes Steam can pause downloads BUT only if you dont pull the plug of the pc , and not pulling the plug will still consume some energy.
Gaming is hella expensive. -
Popgroups addon car wont work
So i finally came to edit popgroups and add some custom cars that will spawn but i had this ONE car that spawns perfectly that i put in group VEH_RICH , BUT the other cars i put in wont spawn. What do i do? Is there a car limit? How do i do it?
P.S i know i keep asking these questions but i rlly need help from yall -
