I apologize to everyone for the delays, this did quickly get backed up lol. I totally got sidetracked with zmodeler3 and adding new tuning parts. Holy hell did that suck me right in. Tonight I will put my Reaper project on hold and get back to coding dlc packs for everyone. I have someone who donated so their pack comes first then I will go in order. I will make a list of who asked for what so that it is correct. Again I'm sorry for getting side tracked. Thank you all again for coming to me.
I'm honestly just glad to help others with what I have learned thru the process of modding this game. This site has a lot of great people with some very creative mods. I'm happy to give back to such a great community. @NovaRuk

I have always had a separate directory of gta for mods. I don't touch my legit copy except to get the new update files for coding it. However long it takes I usually get most of the new updates working. Then reloaded comes along and it's complete. I'll continue doing each update until take two hits me up with a cease and desist notice. Until then, mod on modders!!
I'm still turning that gunrunning dlc into a mod anyways for sp use.
I started tinkering with creating new engine sounds by editing existing ones. I figured start small. So I edited one file of one vehicle START_UP and I have managed to get the game to use the file as I can hear it in game but then game crashes if you don't immediately gas it and keep going. If you slow to a complete stop after that, game crash. However if you jump out of car while moving no game crash. If you just let car sit you hear the new engine start then game crash as well. Anybody have any ideas on this. I'd like to put authentic engine sounds into the game from games like forza and such. But am already having issues.

My father passed January 23rd, of 2006. It's been 11 years and I miss him and this is my way of honoring a bond we shared over his truck. No further explaining is needed. I have decided to undertake a project of creating full on dealership dlc packs. Chevrolet, Lamborghini and so forth. I will use the best cars for each manufacturer as well as requests from the community. If anyone is interested in helping wether it's making a list of downloads for a particular dlc pack or what have you. All help appreciated. Credit to those who help.
