It was the first vehicle I consciously remember my parents driving me around it. It was supposed to be mine once my parents got a new car, but unfortunately it was too unreliable to start up to keep. If anyone wants to make it, I would be eternally grateful.

I need that VAC enabled in order to stream the way I do. Does anyone who uses HI-FI VAC know how to launch the game without disabling it?

FInally! I've been looking for hours since last night trying to find the same error I've been getting. I'm installing the rolled back driver right now, praying this is the fix which will actaully work after applying all the fixes which don't work.

RE: [Peds] Flashing skin on Peds after replace
I would love to know the answer as well to this issue. I have the T-Rex which has replaced a certain bevhills model but the model gets all "bendy" and flashes textures if I look at it beyond 10-15 or so in game feet away. One mod that I've found fixes this with some models but not all of them is NaturalVision. I install NaturalVision(important=correctly! I've fucked up so many times on simple things, lol) and I can see the T-Rex's hilariously driving on top of cars down the street into the distance. Also, it takes whichever the Giant Hulk I've applied to BabyD for NIBjulios Hulk mod as an enemy Hulk and fixes the issue so he does not flash and looks correct no matter what distance I'm looking at him from. I tried replacing the texture with a Thanos model however and I can only see him not flashing at a close distance. Doesn't work with it. Even though I'm sure it's a "noob" issue I've been using open iv mods since 2006 and I still have no idea what causes this issue. It's one of those problems that no one asks about so you never find the answer to it.

Blimp hovers over entire map(not just city area)
I was just wondering if anyone could make a mod which expands to blimp's route or possibly tell me how to edit the file which controls it manually myself. I have no clue where that file is in OpenIV. I have my blimp replaced with the Avengers Hellicarrier so it's nice to see always flying around but it would be much more fun to see flying over places you don't expect it like above Trevor's trailer for example.

PUBG Shrinking Circles
I'm trying to install many differnt mods(advanced bodyguards, pubg style aim, decreased ped count, cars running out of gas, CPR, selective fire, stance) to have a sort of PUBG experience in singleplayer against AI squads. The only think really missing are the shrinking circles and the "Blue" line. I would be great if someone could create them.

Mod most like PUBG in singleplayer?
Can anyone recommend a GTA V mod which most accurately recreates similar conditions and circumstances as PUBG? I've never played, but recently started watching a lot of videos of it and finally caught the bug to want to try it. The closest I've found so far is just the old Riot Mode mod. There were a couple others I found on the site but not much better than that one. Looking for something which separates me and bots in singleplayer more by long distances and they seek out me and each other to kill, preferably with sniper rifles. I know Jedijosh920 was working on something which looked amazing in the preview video but it either hasn't been released yet or he stopped work on it. I would just buy PUBG if I could lol, but I'm trying to work my way out of debt. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this kind of question.

There's gotta be a way to take the particle effect which is used in the Transform races and make it continue to animate without changing form one vehicle to another, right?

More Blimps in the air?
I've searched and I don't think anyone's made this into a mod yet. I have the Shield Helicarrier model replacing my blimps in the game and I've always wished there were more in the air to recreate the end of Captain America The Winter Soilder. Is it possible for someone create either a script which spawns multiple blimps in the sky on start up with ai pilots, or just a menu for the player to spawn them individually himself? If there is a way to do this in a trainer that I haven't figured out please forgive me.
