Maybe its specific to the model. You can try getting the tour guide woman's model and then get all speeches associated with that model. Usually all speeches are in a single file with multiple instances like ambient chat, phone call, angry etc.

The model is a part of the map.If you want same textures you will have to find exact models like cs4_13_trailerboat_01_lod
x64t.rpf - level - gta5 - _hills - country_04 - cs4_13.rpf - cs4_13_trailerboat_01 (The base model)Most of the textures are embedded and a few like 3 are in cs4_13_trailerboat_01+hidr.ytd
You can always take textures from marquis+hi.ytd or add your own.

Yes, download any trainer like Menyoo, Simple Trainer or Enhance Native Trainer. Make sure all their requirements are met such as scripthook and then you can spawn taxi or any car as you need. You can teleport yourself as well.

I actually missed the meta rpf resulting in disappearance of ydr and allowing loading of the ybns but soon corrected it .Below is for the mod GTA Belgium Las Ventura's - Remastered, But I suppose it will work for the other version as well. @chonkie Hi, I wasn't able to solve it, but got partially resolved by doing my own rpf with a help of a template, its was simpler. But I never was able to get both phase working. Anyhow, I lost all my apocalyptic ymaps so didn't try again that approach. Though I do remember for my custom maps if any ymap collides with another then I think one the ymap wont load up. Also too many props to load when I was trying to load up with custom_maps folder size exceeding 700-900kb or maybe Mbs. I also didn't setup any lod like JRod, Larcius or many other custom add-on map makers.
Hopefully @SeniaX is just facing a ymap colliding issue.
