I'd personally stick with remodelling/texturing the stuff that's already present and keep adding things for once a good portion of the existing stuff is done. There still is a lot of things you could do if you want, such as the shop signs in the hollywood area, gas station, etc...

I hope you'll release some more of the current WIPs in the next update, the US Bank Tower is something I'm really looking forward to.

@Vlad I personally don't think that's little progress, like you said making it accurate takes a lot more then just making the model, it requires research etc...

And I think people shouldn't just look at what is ready for download, but also at all the other stuff that is WIP. The US Bank Tower, Shell & Mobil gas stations, In-N-Out, Wax Museum, Capital Records building,... you're doing just fine.
