It has happened sine today and I dont know what to do since there is no update available. Could this have happened because of any mod (gameconfig, heap limit adjuster or any of the like) ?

You write the file you need,for example hud.ytd or something like that from vanila game,and maybe someone helps another one

I think this is a really necessary mod for everyoneone who wants something different.

As clear as the title,like cleo fro San Andreas mods,i think gta needs a mod that allow people to change dinamic music files easily.This mod should mute orignal soundtrack and record it own file that we placed in a certain directory before.

I was hoping someone can do dominator gun from psycho pass,it has 2 modes of shooting,first works as a tasser for light felons (3 or below) and a secondary shoot that makes the target explode (4 or above).
It has glowing parts and animations when gunsafe is unlocked and when weapon changes shooting mode,model and scripting i think it could be (more or less)easily done,but animations y don't think so.

Also it could go with a script that force cops to use them
