i replaced elegy2 twice now and it seems every time i try to change the skirts to custom skirt 4 i los santos customs gta crashes it just saya gta v has stopped working

Hie guys so before i updated my gta to the latest update i could edit carvariations.ymt using this https://pt.gta5-mods.com/tools/carvariations-ymt-convert but now i cant is says openiv cannot open this file error code:plr invalid value can someone show me how to edit the ymt in the latest updated game
