Hello all,
I have a problem, I was editing car sound in gta via the awc files. I take the original and edit it (pitch , bass ect).
When I save the file in the proper format and setting I put the file back using OpenIV... When I take the car out all the sound is extremely high pitched. When I check the file and play it, it sound normal like I edited it but not in game. Anyone know the solution to this problem.

Back in GTA 4 I remember there was a a better smoke mod, for drifting and burnouts in cars (bigger clouds).
If anyone can do this all the mod has to do is just increase the volume (largely) of the smoke when the wheels are spinning.
If anyone can do this me and the community will love you forever.
