LSPDFR & Wanted Levelsposted in General Modding Discussion
I installed RAGEPluginHook, LSPDFR and a bunch of other plugins for LSPDFR, only to find that the latest RPH doesn't support my current (latest) GTA V Steam version.
I kept everything installed so that whenever RPH supports my current version I could play, but I think it has affected me getting wanted levels. Even after un-checking/selecting all possible options in Simple Trainer that prevents cops from dispatching and getting wanted levels, cops still wont dispatch.
Any idea of how can I fix this without removing LSPDFR files? It does require ScriptHook V, so it's probably a DLL folder in the root directory, but the only DLL LSPDFR adds is called "LMS.Common.dll" All the other DLLs are either separate mods from this website or from RPH.

Update from @GooD-NTS:
"" Liberty City is coming in 2017, but not in the spring.
Not great news, but many of you already suspect this, our Liberty City mod is delayed.
To make this crystal clear:- Mod is delayed because we currently do not have much time to spend on modding (and Liberty City requires a lot of time). We all have lives outside of modding and sometimes it is just impossible to spend time on modding because we just do not have that time. Anyway we are trying to do something every day, so there is progress but not much as hoped.
- We do not have any new technical issues that prevent or block progress.
- We do not have any illegal issues (yet?)
- When we announced our Liberty City mod back in January we didn’t know that we will not have much time, you can’t always predict what happens in your life and what not.
- There is nothing you can do right now to speed up the release.
- It is impossible to release the current version of the mod.
Please be patient. I will not provide any estimates for release anymore, so you will not be disappointed.""

GTA5.FR made an interview with @GooD-NTS about the new Liberty City in GTA V mod. You can check it out here. The interview is in French, so if you don't understand French you can translate the page by clicking the translate button at the right of the web address bar in Google Chrome. Google translations (to English) are fairly accurate in this interview.
@GooD-NTS also provided some new screenshots of the mod.

OpenIV 2.9posted in General Modding Discussion
We are happy to announce the release of OpenIV 2.9! This release includes new tools, map editing features for Grand Theft Auto V and numerous improvements and bug fixes in the different areas of OpenIV.
Important note
It was almost a year since last major OpenIV release, because of that, we decided to delay some features, move them into future versions and make release with current state. This is means our original schedule for the first half of 2017 will be slightly changed. Instead of one OpenIV 2.9.1 release, we are going to have several 2.9.X versions before OpenIV 3.0. Unfortunately, this also means our Liberty City in GTA V modification also behind the schedule, but we still hope to release first beta around late spring. We hope you can understand our decision.Text Editor
OpenIV now have brand new inbuilt Text Editor, which allows you to edit XML, META and other text files directly in OpenIV without exporting them from archives. New Text Editor has have many useful features like syntax highlighting, customizable search, code folding and more. We will continue to our work on text editor improvements and new features, please report any issues or suggestions you have.Grand Theft Auto V
For Grand Theft Auto V we have long awaited editing capabilities for map files, such as .ymap, .ytyp and _manifest.ymt. Now you are able to export those files into META/XML format or edit them directly in new OpenIV Text Editor. We also provided support for carcols.ymt and levels.ymt, you will be able to edit those files as well. We will continue our work to support more .ymt/.ymf files in the future releases.openFormats for Grand Theft Auto V
We also have made numerous changes and improvements to both models (YDR/ODR) and collisions (YBN/OBN) openFormats for Grand Theft Auto V. With those changes you will have more features in models and collision editing. The “mods” folder support
The “mods” folder became important addition to Grand Theft Auto V modding and we continue to improve your experience with it. We added new options, which gives you more control of editing game files.Tools improvements
Besides new Text Editor we made some changes in other OpenIV tools. For example, in the Search tool you now will be able to select area where you want to make search. It can be game or mods folder only or both of them.Other important changes
We also made many other changes and tried to fix some annoying bugs. As always, you can find full change log here.UI Localization
Finally we have written an instruction how to translate OpenIV into your own language and we are calling for you to do so. You can find the localization guide here on GitHub. As for existing localizations you can find list of differences between 2.8 and 2.9 here. -

RE: Happy New Year! Next features to implement?posted in Announcements
The ability of adding the same video to multiple mods, with admin or moderator approval if needed?
Because there's a lot of videos showcasing multiple mods in one video (eg. a video showcasing an airplane mod whilst using a livery from a separate mod) What do you think? Just an idea.

Update: http://openiv.com/?p=1297
Our team have great plans for GTA V modding and today I want to share some of them with you:
In the next several months, we are going to update all our core tools and mods, and then make first release of our Liberty City in V convertor.
Our current plan is pretty simple:- OpenIV 2.9
- OpenIV 2.9.1 + openCamera 2.0
- OpenIV 3.0 + Liberty City in V [Beta 1]
We do not have exact or even estimate dates, but for now we are plan to release first version of Liberty City during the spring season (March, April, May).
That is all I have for you today.

GTA 5 Crashes when hitting objectsposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
Hey all,
So I have this issue where my GTA 5 sometimes crashes when hitting an object, does anyone know the cause of this?
For example: I'm at Sandy Shores Airfield inside an airplane, and then the wing hits a tree or a rock, then GTA crashes...
Sometimes it happens without hitting an object, this problem seems to only occur with the A380 mod, When I try to land on Runway 21 (the shortest runway) when I'm close to the tall buildings my game crashes...
Here's my system specs: i7-6700K, Sapphire Radeon R9 390, 16GB RAM. Game installed on a 2TB 7200 RPM hard drive.
Any help is appreciated.

RE: [Script][Vehicle] Fighter Jet improvement mod (RDE)posted in Releases & Works in Progress
@Kryo4lex So far so good. I agree with @Akila_Reigns.
Also, on that GPS DTA side on the top left, I noticed it says San Andreas. What do you guys think of adding another entry under it of the district/area the player is flying over? Or maybe just saying Los Santos if adding the district name is hard.
