@Reyser Nope, it's the steam version but downgraded because mods don't work with newer versions, or at least for me.

I have removed the Mods folder. Same thing happens. When ScriptHookV.dll is in the game folder, the game will suspend and crash, when ScriptHookV.dll is removed, game will start up and load perfectly fine.

@WGotch07 I have updated the game before to the casino update which is 1.0.1737.0. Whenever I start the game, my mouse will kind of glitch and when I check the task manager Grand Theft Auto V is "suspended".

ScriptHookV Broken, again..
Using v1.0.1290.2
GTA V works perfectly fine without ScriptHookV, as soon as it's added however I get the error, "FATAL: Can't find native 0x477D9DB48F889591". Someone please help, I don't want to be forced to play Fortnite... -
