I was wondering if a cape script where the cape actually moves is possible to make.

So @sollaholla @Spud @Rarefacer any progress on this? I feel like this type of mod would be very useful to the community? Maybe upload what you have now and improve it in the future?

This is very much possible instead of shooting bullets you can shoot an arrow that sticks to peds. @jedijosh920 found a way to have objects stick to peds.
