which version are you using? I'm using the V1.7.6. There is a pre release after that. I would say check menyoo log if there is one otherwise I can test too and see if it happens to me.

There's a mod called "Cop Arrest"
Only thing though, it hasn't been updated in a bit.
But it's the only mod on the site.

Looks like his mod is terribly outdated. GTA.World.GetGroundZ was renamed to GTA.World.GetGroundHeight in ScriptHookVDotNet v2 (2015).
